Honda C series is most popular Honda machine in Indonesia. Many teenage in Indonesia use it to race. It’s very simple machine and it use as basic to built a racing machine, let me show you how easy to built racing machine based on Honda C series
1. Honda C series is 100cc machine actualy it’s net 98cc with low compresion, at cylnder head you will find 2(two) cylnder packing, you just need to use 1(one) on it, or you can search for thin packing.
2. Change cylnder capacity with bore up the cylnder block, it can add your machine aceleration.
3. Carburator this one you can not obey, you have big size of cylnder capacity so you need large consumtion of gasoline to make big power, you can change the carburator or you can modify your carb by reamer it until the size of venturi geting large and then you still have to resetup the mainjet and pilot jet inside the carburator.
4. Exhaust or mufler, this stuf can expand HorsePower untill 0.5Hp to every C series by change it with racing mufler.
5. Camshaft there’s so many aftermarket racing camshaft in Indonesia for Honda C series. We just plug it into head cylnder.
6. CDI and Coil there is so many brand and type of CDI and Coil for C series from Rp 250.000 – >Rp 1.000.000 from local to international brand
7. Setup till you have good sound and better power.
